We didn't have the right kin...Okay, we did try it. We didn't have the right kind of mat, but they turned out nicely for a first try ;-). We just used avocadoes and radishes and sesame seeds and Noah made a nice dipping sauce. I definitely want to get some wasabi paste and umeboshi paste and pickled ginger; these could become a staple around here.
